On the Free plan, you get $5 in monthly credits (about 7 messages a day). Solo and Team plans give you more room to build—$20 in credits and pooled team limits. Best part: If you don't use all your credits, they roll over to your next month automatically.

Yes. Students and researchers get 50% off the Solo plan ($7.50/mo). We know not everyone has a .edu email, so you can verify your status by uploading your student ID or linking your GitHub Student Pack in your Settings after you sign up.

Yes. If you are on a Solo, Team, or Enterprise plan, you get full GitHub sync. You can export, modify, or host your code anywhere you want.

Your discount is valid as long as you are an active student. We perform a simple status check once a year to keep your 50% discount active. If you graduate or leave your program, your plan will simply move to the standard Solo price at your next renewal.

You do. You have 100% ownership of everything you create. If you are on a Solo, Team, or Enterprise plan, you can sync directly to GitHub to move or host your code anywhere you want.
